A Safe Place To Play

Landscaping projects don’t just benefit the adults, the littles can appreciate them too! These Topekans loved having a place for their kids to play in their own backyard, but they were worried that the retaining wall created a cliff-like situation that was hard to see, making it a potential hazard. To help define the space better, we incorporated landscape beds adjacent to the retaining wall, and we also created a pathway leading fro the back deck to the playground equiptment. Add a little mulch to soften those inevitable tumbles, and *boom* – everybody is happy!
